- Develop and uphold clean and consistent data management practices to deliver permanent, sustainable solutions to inconsistencies in stakeholder data, implement new entry and tracking standards and streamline evaluation tools.
- Build successful, sustainable relationships with a variety of stakeholders that include foundation officers, board members, volunteers, individual donors, program partners and parents.
- Develop budget plan, collaborate with Executive Director to identify/ project line item expenditures for organizational budget.
- Create handbooks for Interns and Volunteers, streamline all program and operations manuals.
- Ensure policy protocol, effective communication and compliance across teams and departments.
- Manage campus recruiting plan, develop admissions policy, visit and present at 15 colleges in the Midwest on a regular basis.

- Design and conduct orientations and professional development workshops for volunteers, staff, teachers, program partners, program participants and parents.
